Industry: We are industry-agnostic but have a preference for home, business, and engineering services companies
Track record: Long-standing record of success (revenues for 10+ years)
Size: Seller Discretionary Earnings ("SDE)" of $400K to $1.5mm
Seller Profile: Driving motivation for selling is retirement planning
